Meet Paul
Paul is an operating partner in The Leinster, in collaboration with the Graspa Group.
Originally from Ireland, Paul moved to Miami in 2002, where he became part of the local hospitality scene and built a tight-knit circle of friends and colleagues.
His passion for hospitality, humor, and travel — including visits to Japan, Thailand, Croatia, Spain, and of course, Ireland — inspired many conversations over the years about opening an Irish pub. What started as a passing idea eventually became a mission.
The Leinster is a reflection of that journey — a place created from the ground up with intention, passion, and a deep respect for Irish culture and the local community. Paul cares deeply about this project because it’s his creation — a space built with heart, experience, and the goal of giving Miami something truly meaningful and welcoming.

We’re here to be a local bar where everyone is treated the same, no matter what. We want to create a space that feels like a second home — like your friend’s living room. A place where you can come alone and bump into someone you know… or even better, someone you met at “The Leinster”.
We’ll highlight sporting events, but our bigger goal is to bring people together. That means frequent events, classes, workshops, and fostering a community feel. We want to bring back the nostalgic Miami vibe - before the hustle & bustle and extravagance, offering top-notch customer service and fair pricing.
As cliché as it sounds, we want to build a real community.
